This accessibility statement applies to the Lizensa online shop at lizensa.gr: the home page, catalogue and product pages, search, cart, checkout, the customer account and the legal pages. It explains how the shop meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into national law.
Κατάσταση συμμόρφωσης
We design and test the shop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.
The shop is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not fully meet it yet. As far as our checks show, everything else does.
Γνωστοί περιορισμοί
- Payment forms. Card, PayPal and other payment forms in the checkout are embedded from the payment provider. We choose providers with accessible forms, but we cannot change their markup.
- Support chat. The chat window is a third-party widget; its keyboard and screen-reader support is outside our control. Every question can also be sent by e-mail to support@lizensa.gr.
- PDF documents. Invoices and licence certificates are PDF files that are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we send their content by e-mail as plain text.
Barriers found by our automated checks are fixed before a change is released; any that remain are listed here.

This statement was last reviewed on 24 Σεπτεμβρίου 2026. It is based on a self-assessment:
- automated axe-core tests against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (levels A and AA) of the home page, a category page, a product page, the cart, the checkout, the account login and this statement, run on every change before it is released;
- manual checks using the keyboard only.
We review this statement at least once a year and after every major change to the shop.

Τι κάνουμε για την προσβασιμότητα
Συγκεκριμένα, η ομάδα μηχανικών δεσμεύεται στα εξής:
- Πλοήγηση με πληκτρολόγιο — κάθε διαδραστικό στοιχείο είναι προσβάσιμο με Tab, ενεργοποιήσιμο με Enter ή Space και απορρίψιμο με Escape. Δεν χρησιμοποιούμε μοτίβα μόνο με ποντίκι.
- Σημασιολογική HTML — ορόσημα (`<main>`, `<nav>`, `<footer>`), επικεφαλίδες σε σωστή σειρά, εγγενή στοιχεία φόρμας, πραγματικά κουμπιά. Οι αναγνώστες οθόνης δεν θα πρέπει ποτέ να χρειάζονται ARIA για να κατανοήσουν μια σελίδα που θα μπορούσαν να καταλάβουν μόνο από τη σήμανση.
- Ορατή εστίαση — κάθε διαδραστικό στοιχείο εμφανίζει έναν δακτύλιο εστίασης ανά πάσα στιγμή όταν εστιάζεται μέσω πληκτρολογίου, με αντίθεση τουλάχιστον 3:1 έναντι του φόντου του.
- Αντίθεση χρωμάτων — κείμενο σώματος σε 4.5:1, μεγάλο κείμενο και εικονίδια σε 3:1, τόσο σε ανοιχτή όσο και σε σκοτεινή λειτουργία.
- Αλλαγή μεγέθους κειμένου — οι σελίδες παραμένουν χρησιμοποιήσιμες έως και 200% μεγέθυνση σε οποιοδήποτε πρόγραμμα περιήγησης· κανένα σταθερό πλάτος περιεχομένου σε pixel δεν εμποδίζει την αναδιάταξη.
- Μειωμένη κίνηση — τα κινούμενα σχέδια σέβονται το `prefers-reduced-motion` και ποτέ δεν αναπαράγουν αυτόματα βίντεο με ήχο.
Συντομεύσεις πληκτρολογίου
Οι τυπικές συντομεύσεις προγράμματος περιήγησης λειτουργούν παντού. Ο ιστότοπος προσθέτει δύο δικές του:
- / — ανοίγει την παλέτα αναζήτησης από οποιαδήποτε σελίδα.
- Escape — κλείνει οποιοδήποτε παράθυρο διαλόγου, συρτάρι ή μενού.
Διατηρούμε σκόπιμα τη λίστα συντομεύσεων μικρή, ώστε να μην συγκρούεται με τις συνδέσεις πλήκτρων υποστηρικτικής τεχνολογίας.
Προγράμματα περιήγησης και υποστηρικτική τεχνολογία
Δοκιμάζουμε στις δύο τελευταίες εκδόσεις των Chrome, Edge, Firefox και Safari σε επιτραπέζιους υπολογιστές, και Safari και Chrome σε iOS και Android. Δοκιμάζουμε τη συμπεριφορά αναγνώστη οθόνης με NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari (macOS και iOS) και TalkBack + Chrome σε Android.
Δεν δοκιμάζουμε έναντι του Internet Explorer 11· δεν υποστηρίζεται πλέον από τη Microsoft και δεν τον αποκλείουμε, αλλά δεν μπορούμε να εγγυηθούμε την προσβασιμότητα εκεί.
