How do I activate my license after purchase?

After purchase you'll receive an email with your license key. Open the software, go to Activation or License settings, and enter the key. Most products activate immediately after our supplier verifies the key.

How long does it take to receive my key?

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment clears — median delivery time is 43 seconds. Your license key and invoice arrive in a single email.

Can I transfer my license to another computer?

Yes — most Retail licenses can be transferred. First deactivate the key on your current device, then activate it on the new one. Each product has its own rules — see the SKU description for details.

What should I do if my key doesn't work?

First make sure you pasted the full 25-character key with no spaces. If the problem persists, open a ticket with your order number — we'll replace the key or refund your payment.

How do I get a VAT invoice?

An EU invoice with your VAT ID is generated automatically after every order and sent to your email. To receive an invoice with a VAT ID, enter it in the cart before payment.
